Equipping Champions to drive implementation
Developing internal audit capability
Developing internal audit capability and
Creating organization-wide awareness
A participatory and practical training methodology was used throughout, combining presentations, group discussions, case studies and
hands-on exercises — including process-mapping exercises for Champions, and audit-planning and nonconformity exercises for Internal Auditors.
Our approach
Trainings adopted a common participatory and practical delivery approach
-
A participatory, practical methodology was used throughout, combining presentations, facilitated group discussions, case studies and hands-on exercises.
-
Each training opened with an activity designed to surface participants' existing knowledge, perceptions and expectations before formal content was introduced, for example: an ice-breaker and an interactive ISO 9001 "myth or fact" true/false exercise
for Top Management, and open discussion questions such as "What is quality?" and "What do we consider as quality?" for Staff Awareness.
-
Each session closed with a structured discussion and question-and-answer segment to consolidate learning and surface outstanding concerns.
The result
The training reinforced that quality is a shared organizational responsibility and that ISO 9001:2015 should be used as a management and performance improvement framework rather than as a documentation exercise.
